Movement Assessment

The Movement Assessment is where I gain valuable information as to:

  • how your body moves
  • which muscles are tight
  • which muscles are weak
  • which muscles are dominant


Additionally I will do some balance testing as well as look at your core strength.


It is a really fun, invaluable session and will set you up for success.  


You will receive a list of rolling and stretching exercises to address the issues in your body.


From there we will move onto the 1:1 training to work on areas that need the most help.  I want you to become the strongest version of yourself so you are able to do what you want to do for as long as you can!


Cost: $100 plus GST
