As I approach the milestone of turning 65 in 2020 my goal is to remain, strong, active and healthy. Patti is helping me achieve this goal.
Prior to training with Patti I was on a roller coaster of pain and injuries which have now been mitigated. Flare ups are less and I am able to do more challenging workouts.
