I offer group classes at:


1) Salmo Valley Estates (see below)  and


2) In my home gym - the Log House Gym!


My home gym classes are offered to women who want to work on their strength, balance, posture and body composition.


Class size is limited to 8 participants.


Cost: Cost per class is based on the number of participants.  It ranges from $15.00 to $40.00 per class.  Billing is done at the end of the month.


Please email me for more information and for the PAR Q and waiver that needs to be signed and witnessed before participating.

Duration of Program: Ongoing

Time: 10 to 11am  (come a bit early to warm-up)

Cost: $5.00 per class (drop-in) or $45.00 for a punch pass of 10 classes.  

Location: The Salmo Valley Estates (Lounge)

This class will cover not only important strength exercises but also: 

- go over fall risks

- how medications can affect fall risk

- how to safely fall (and get back up)

- multisensory training

- posture training
