Making women stronger since 1999!

Vision

At Your Best Age, we offer tailored health coaching designed to meet your unique needs. Our approach focuses on holistic wellness, integrating nutrition, fitness, and mental health for women 40 to 80 years of age. 


Perimenopause and menopause are transitional periods in a woman's life (on our way to being post menopausal) - this is our chance to get stronger and learn ways to manage symptoms.   Life becomes easier and more peaceful when we eat the right things and move our body the right ways.


We provide education, nutrition and movement programs to support women in living their best lives and maintaining their independence.  Women can make better choices to become the strongest, heathiest and happiest version of themselves.   


Location shouldn't be a limiting factor in achieving success so online coaching is always available.



Mission

The mission of my company is to educate women on health topics specific to perimenopause, menopause and active aging.  


We implement solutions to:

  • gain strength
  • lose unhealthy body fat
  • decrease joint pain
  • increase brain function
  • improve sleep
  • decrease stress and inflammation
  • HAVE FUN!!

Core values

1. Professionalism - we believe in professional appearance and behavior when working with our clients.  We do not judge our clients and co-workers and we do not gossip.


2. Solution Focused - we will always run into hurdles thus working with the client, their health care team and/or referrals to other outside professions will keep our clients focused and moving towards their goals


3. Role Modeling - we practice what we preach.  We do our best striving towards our own individual goals for our body, family and overall best life!


4. Respect for Elders - we respect our elders and the knowledge that they hold.  


5. 100% Client Focused - We build long-term, generational relationships.  We pay attention to their overall health, form, mindset and make changes to their programs accordingly.
