I was inspired to start my career in fitness by my mom. As a PE teacher, she was my fitness role model. She was our softball coach, taught us how to play basketball and took us hiking all over the West Kootenay's.
My grandmother is the reason I love to work with women over 50. She was one of the greatest loves of my life. As an avid gardener, she grew beautiful flowers and vegetables. Once she stopped, she stopped being active. My sisters and I had to witness her steady decline over 10 years. At one point, I saw her fall and vowed that would never happen to any of my clients. It became very clear how important strength and physical activity are as we age.
Over two decades of experience is what I use to help me to guide you. My client success stories reflect my ability to help my clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction.
As an almost 50 year old, I am just like you! I am constantly looking for ways to help all of us manage our symptoms and have an easier time with this next phase of our lives.
