DAY 1: MOVE STRONG - Assessment Day
If you're not assessing, you're guessing!
Most of the women I start working with do not know their weak or tight areas and how those areas can affect the way we move and the how strong we can get.
We will be going over balance, posture and movement assessments. You will be given handouts and with the help of me, you will be rating yourself.
I will show you how to make changes and improvements through stretching and self myofascial release techniques with balls and rollers.
DAY 2: MOVE STRONG - Movement Day
This is the day where I show you exercises based on what we found on Day 2. There will be a mobility warm-up, exercises to prime your body for optimal strength as well as stretches to finish off your workout.
I will also show you how to build a gym at home....it doesn't have to be expensive!
DAY 3: FUEL STRONG and THINK STRONG - Learn how to support your body to MOVE STRONG
If fat loss or gaining strength and muscle tone are one or more of your goals, I will be answering questions including, "How much should I be eating?"
"How much protein do I need" and
"Do I need to eat breakfast if I'm not hungry?"
I will be going over macronutrient (protein, fats and carb's) and micronutrient goals (fiber, water, sugar) to put you in the driver's seat for your goals. We will be also be going over:
- How and what to eat for stronger bones
- How to eat to decrease joint pain
- How to eat for a stronger, healthier, happier brain!
Your brain plays a big role in your success - WHAT you think and HOW you think is crucial. This includes setting up habits and routines.

We will talk about the ways that you can get and keep motivated to crush any goal you have!
When you complete the 3 Day Boot Camp and book a Transformation Call with me to get clarity on your goals and discuss your personal fitness and nutrition roadmap, you will be given a copy of my book, "MOVE STRONG - A movement guide for women determined to get the most out of life!"
